I hate it when that happens.
I just woke up a few minutes ago, got out of bed and went and turned on the coffee. I turned on the tv and while the picture was coming on went and turned on the hot water. I walked over to my closet, pulled out a pair of pants, a shirt, belt, shoes. Took out socks and underwear and a white tshirt from my drawers and set them next to the other clothes.
Then I thought "Damn, it's 6:15. No time to blog before work this morning." As I made my way to the shower, the tv was already on and kicking. But something was wrong. The local news wasnt on. They were selling some kitchen gadget. I walked over to the tv to change the channel for the local news one and I found the tv was set correctly. Then it hit me.
Today is Sunday. Beautiful, delicious, glorious I dont have to work today and can watch football Sunday. And Im up and about at 6:15 in the morning.
Hot damn!!! I'm crawling back into bed.

So I'm not the only one. All day yesterday I thought it was Sunday so naturally I thought today was Monday when I woke up at 4:45. What a beautiful thing it is to realize you can roll over and go back to sleep for a while.

I got up at 4:00, knowing full well it was Sunday. Watched tv for a couple of hours and went BACK to bed. I love long weekends...

Count me among the disoriented. All day yesterday was Sunday as far as I was concerned. So it follows, today IS Monday. Darn! a week with two Mondays, it shouldn't happen.
