I obtained them from a source that wishes to remain anonymous. As you guessed, cagastro is been treated by a group of physicians who don't have contact with one another in order to maintain the maximum possible amount of secrecy and to foil any attempt to poison him.

The problems are:

1-Partial loss of use in the right arm due to the fractured suffered in the fall.
2-The fracture itself is not healing correctly, due to bone mass loss and to problems with the muscular tissue surrounding the bone. No infection in the bone marrow reported.
3-Treatment with bone reconstituents is not working as well as it should. The bone mass doesn't regenerate as it should. This is a possible symptom for bone cancer.
4-Painkillers have been prescibed, as well as energy drinks, and sleeping pills to provide some rest. (according to my source's assesment this provokes bursts of energy that allow him to go in madramblings for hours in a row)
5-All this problems sum up in a loss of motor ability which increases frustration and temper tantrums. (This is why he is exaggerating with his left arm gestures and banging on tables and so on)

I tried to obtain a copy of one of the x-rays. But there are not hard copy of them, he is been treated in a state of the art facility (hospital Cira Garcia) where they have digital x-ray machines.
