Besides scamming the Venezuelan people out of their livelyhood and providing el Mico and cagastro with a safe heaven to hide their plundered trasures, I see this as an attempt to obtain money from the American people through CITGO to finance both Anti-American and terrorist activities. In other words, to have us bankrolling our own murder.
This is classic thuggery and classic informal warfare rolled into one, if we review the historic precedents:
Piracy in the Caribbean (from now on, when I need to refer to cagastro and el mico in the same sentence they will be refered as "the pirates of the Caribbean")
and
Establishment of sleeper cells and creating terrorist beach heads deep inside the American territory with capacity to manipulate and transport flammables and explosives (CITGO) and to assassinate anti-cagastro or anti-chavez activists.
And third
Establishment of well funded "insurgency cells" within Cuba and Venezuela to Iraqize those countries if the pirates of the Caribbean are deposed or challenged by force. Saddam was just one of cagastro's students.
This brewing of an evil empire so close to our shores is meant to provoke a war with the US, but not a war in the classical sense of the war, they are aiming at starting a dirty war that could expand well into Latin America and within the States with some "illegal immigrants" as foot soldiers, as la mara salvatrucha and other che t-shirt wearing thugs, all with the help of the radical American left and their allies in finance, law and politics. They would ally with Al Qaeda to launch a two pronged terror campaing to strangle America.
Solution: Immediate naval blockade to Cuba and Venezuela and surgical removal of the two tumors.

Forbes recently reported that fidel,jr. says he will sell the 8 Citgo oil refineries located "on U.S. territory" (whatever that means) within two years. I wonder who he plans to sell them to - Iran, China, fidel himself?
