Esclavitud Perpetua

Perpertual Slavery

Venezuela's Hugo Chavez and fidel castro have signed an agreement to team up and build a shipyard in Venezuela.

The shipyard is to be built in the western Venezuelan state of Zulia. It is to be for repairing naval ships and the construction of small navy ships, Infrastructure Minister Ramon Carrizalez Rengifo said in the statement.

Seeing as Cuba has no raw materials, no money, no oil, and no other tangible resource to offer up as Cuba's part of this joint venture, what do you think fidel castro will provide for this new partnership?

The slaves, of course. He's got an island full of them.

We need to organize a modern day Underground Railroad to help snatch them to freedom. If they were successful with less resources and equal determination in the 19th Century, I am sure that we would fare pretty well in the 21st Century.

I think they are gonna be enforcers. Muscle. Zulia state right now is where the bitterest rumblings against Chavez are. It's where the angry oil workers are. It's the only state that Chavez did not try to cheat in the regional elections last Oct. 31. The voters' loathing for him is just too great, so he let the opposition win - in this one single Zulia state (and tiny Margarita island). Now, what a coincidence, this is the first place where castro is sending in his 'workers' - to Zulia state. Where just coincidentally Chavez is militarizing his oil industry. Where an opposition governor governs. Daniel in Yaracuy has documented already the higher Cuban presence in states where dissidents live, which is pretty odd for a spoils system political system. Why would you deliver political spoils to places that hate you instead of those that love you. Now, the same pattern, even more menacingly is showing up in Zulia with oil workers whose industry has been militarized. This is extremely nefarious.

This whole thing stinks. Right now Zulia is in utter turmoil, the oil workers are on the verge of strike, Chavez is acting really strangely, threatening his oil minister. Here is a summary of the Zulia horror show I wrote up here, be sure to click on Miguel's link at the UPDATE at the bottom.

Martial law - tanks, troops, helicopters, patrol boats called in to restore order in Zulia:

So, taking on the data provided by AM Mora y Leon, what cagastro is doing is repeating the Russian take over of the Czech Republic and Hungary. With a tropical flavour.... and iron fist -no silky glove- and sweaty goons. If that's the case we'll soon see the massacres on TV with tendencious coverage by CNN and the NYTimes. I hate to say it, but cagastro had to use force and terror to enslave Cuba, whilst el mico got elected, the Venezuelans did not want to look at the example of Cuba and against all warnings they went ahead and put this assassin and coup leader in office. Now they regret it.
Again, it's our moral duty to help them get rid of him at the same time we help Cubans to get rid of cagastro, but both examples have to be made into a historical warning. We haven't allowed a new Hitler or Stalin, we need not allow a new cagastro or a new mico.

You are doing a wonderful job, keep it up!

This is the best idea I've heard of in a long time. Sign me up.

It's pretty sad what is happening in Venezuela... And thinking that Castro (and how you say, Castro is also my bitch) was one of the first rulers in America who send his support to the Venezuelan goverment in 1992 after the coup. Life is ironic, isn't it?

Cb you said, Again, it's our moral duty to help them get rid of him at the same time we help Cubans to get rid of cagastro, but both examples have to be made into a historical warning. We haven't allowed a new Hitler or Stalin, we need not allow a new cagastro or a new mico.

I'm Jewish, In my mind we are talking about the same thing here. What the hell has to happen before our government, someone? does something to stop this. I live in Los Angeles the center of la la land of leftits bullshit political correctness, moral relatismists.(is that a word?) God, some days I almost wish I had a gun.
Wringing my hands in frustration here.

Kathleen, the only thing as freightening as the SS doing the goose step was to see photos of Marti's tomb in Santiago de Cuba and see the cagastro's elite troops doing the goose step. And the left plays a good second fiddle to all of that!
I feel as you do, I am in another leftofascist vipers'nest: NYC

I think that we should have not only the right, but the moral duty to organize ourselves and defend the country. That's a thorny subject, though... We have a 5th column operating in Hollywood and NYC and their agenda responds (and plays into) all that's Anti-American. They will even collaborate with our enemies or will surrender French style. That's the color of the future, right there. And we are too close to those monsters now, and on their sights without the separation of the Atlantic. It's only a question of time for the pirates of the Caribbean for them to order their new missiles kits from China, India and Korea. I hope we were able to see all of those vanquished in a not so far away day.

Kathleen,
castro relied heavily, while serving time in jail for the Moncada attack on Mein Kamf as a reference when he wrote "History Will Absolve Me" which is also a littany also of warped and sick ideology. The personality cult parallels and quest for total unbriddled power are to close for confort for any normal human being.

Posted by: cohetedude at May 7, 2005 03:15 PM

La historia me absolvera is really a quote from the EvilMeister himself, Adolph Hitler.
Castro's book is loosely based on his interpretations of Mein Kampf, which he read since his younger days. I am pretty sure that you still can find a copy of it around his office!
The same with Hitler's speeches or Mussolini speeches.
