Minrex: In commie jargon that's minister of foreing affairs, or Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. In Orwellian parlance, Minrex. Like the repressive Ministerio del Interior is known as Minint and the Ministry of Culture is known as Mincult. I like to think of it as the Ministry of the CULT.
That's just one of the many e-mails manned by his goons to relay the feel good messages he receives from Barbara Streissand, Clinton, Spielberg, Michael Moore and the like.
There are many e-mails leading to cagastro, and this one is apparently the more used and effective. All of his e-mails are controled by a G2 unit under the command of Ramiro Valdes Menendez.
So flood him!
And yes, he is rex. Tyranosaurius Rex. Or cagastrosaurius rex!
