Eliminated evictions? Fist it isn't true; the government will evict you whenever it wishes, they have indeed eliminated private evictions... by making renting illegal!

On the other hand, there is a different sense in which they have eliminated evictions: they have made housing so scarce, being evicted would be a blessing! (By this standard, however, you can argue you have eliminated hunger by killing everybody. The dead have no hunger, the un-housed are not evicted.)

Communists are good at two things, holding meetings being one of them. Lots of meetings, conventions, conferences...talk, talk, talk, talk.
