You wouldn't need to "spy" on Venezuela at all. Venezuela and Cuba are friends. Why do you think the Bush Administration is so upset? You would disguise yourself as one thing or another in a hostile country...like the USA. I mean, if you're going to criticize Cuba, their Medical system is hardly a good choice. Especially in light of the USA's horrific Health Cares system (close to 48 million Americans have NO Health Care at all)Cuba's Doctors are considered some of the best in the world.

Chavez won overwhelming DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS, not just once...but TWICE. Chavez has now said publicly that he suspects he'll be assassinated by the CIA before his term is up. This is the USA? This is the same country that invaded Iraq under false pretenses to bring "DEMOCRACY" to Iraq...assassinating Democratically elected foreign leaders they don't approve of? America?

Increasingly, these countries are asking themselves WHY are they taking orders from the USA, particularly when it comes to petroleum. As a matter of fact, you should get ready to hate all of South, Central America and the Caribbean for they are all starting to stand up to the USA. Does that bother you, Mora? For the USA, "Interests" is usually code for "OIL.

just little comment.. cuban doctors don't earn a single bolívar..chavez just gives them food, a little place to stay and that's about it, they live under pretty tough conditions too, it makes no sense for Chavez to get paid by Castro with cuban doctors, for the oil he's giving, if he has to pay the doctors a salary. Millitay personel on the other hand, are getting payed much more than the venezuelan medics.

Just a point: the public health care system was terrible much before Chavez arrived. Yet, it is terrible that they are bringing cubans doctors, when there are many venezuelans ones who can be in their posts. By the way, cuban doctors received just a misery of what they are supposed to learn: my sister-in-law has had to work with them and she says they barely get enough money to eat something, the depend on their pacient's charity.
