BREAKING:
Indicted Miami City commisioner Art Teele walked into Miami Herald offices and shot himslef in the mouth.
No other details available at the moment.
UPDATE 8:25 PM: Art Teele has died of his self-inflicted gunshot wound.

I WAS WATCHING NEWS THIS EVENING...AS OF 8.30PM, I HEARD THAT MR TEELE WALKED AND ASKED JIM DEFEDE(GO FIGURE)REPORTER OF THE HERALD TO GIVE HIS WIFE A MESSAGE FOR HIM, THEN HE SHOT HIMSELF. AT ABOUT 8.55 PM THE NEWS CAME IN THAT HE HAD DIED.
WE SURE LIVE IN TRYING TIMES THESE DAYS!!

DeFede was fired last night by the Herald for illegally recording a phone conversation with Teele.
I can't believe the Herald decided to publish the picture of Teele lying on the floor with blood spilling out of his head - on the front page no less!

I agree, when I saw the picture on the Herald's web front page, I was taken aback by the image. Icould not beleive the herald's insensitiviy to his wife and children.
I wonder if cagastro get's one to the head will the msm show him bleeding on the floor????

We can only hope! It would no doubt join the pantheon of end-game photos of famous historical personalities...Il Duce's "MEAT me in Milan" graphic comes to mind.
