A half million gracias.
The old SiteMeter just clicked over the 500,000 mark meaning this site has had just a little over a half million unique visitors. I am humbled and honored and just wanted to say thanks to all who drop by here daily or weekly and help support Babalú Blog.
A special thanks to that person from a mayo.edu IP out of Rochester, Minnesota, who was the 500,000th visitor.
And here's a special message for fidel: Añadele 500000 mas personas a la lista de los que se cagan en tu madre, fidel.

Val, super congratulations on this awesome achievement, Babalu truly has changed my life. Thank you so much for the gift of Cuba, the friendship, the inspiration and the all the hard work and sacrifice from team Babalu that has given us this island. I know how many hours it takes to keep a site such as Babalu online and updated several times a day. The 500,000 visitors is the prize that you have earned for working so hard!
And let's hope that Castro dies before you reach 1,000,000!

Felicidades!!..Yo descubrí este blog recientemente y ya es parte de la rutina antes de empezar el día en la oficina..yo vivo en NY y practicamente (geografía nada mas) aislado de la comunidad cubana..
