Good French people, part II

This statement below, believe it or not, is from a Frenchman, spoken to a blanching, wilting, whinging, eager-to-get-it-to-press BBC reporter covering the Islamofascist uprising in Paris right now. The defiant Frenchman even let them take his picture. The BBC reports:

Paul Coste, 52, who has lived in Aulnay all his life, had to drive around the town to find a cash machine which was still working after those near his house had been wrecked. ...

... "If they come to burn my car, I'll be waiting with my gun."

More evidence: There are good French people. Dollars to donuts he hates castro. With people like him, France may make it to the finish line.

VIVE L'FRANCE!

Sadly this is reminding me of the French resistence in WW II fending off an invading Nazi army. Who would have thought France would ever be on the verge of falling in our lifetime? And why is it? Because French politics define pacifism and appeasement.

The good French may have waited too long. I hope I'm wrong but I'm not optimistic.

There's over 5 million Muslims in France. Does anyone know what percentage of them claim fidelity to France?

I believe there is a clear correlation between constitutionally-protected gun ownership and lawful use of arms by civilians, and the level of unrest in a country, caused by what I call troublesome types or groups. The Frenchman quoted makes the point when he states "I'll be waiting with my gun." As he must, given that the spineless "authorities," such as they are, have abandoned the streets to these howling, irrational and gratuitously violent criminals, whose long term goal, whether they want to admit it or not, is to finish what they started in the 8th century.
Too bad la France lacks a 2nd Amendment to its constitution - if it had one, these riots might have ended on the first day.

Bet Islamofascists with "grievances" around these parts would think twice about pulling this kind of stunt, knowing full well that, once Americans "have it up to here," they roll up their sleeves and go to work, doing what needs to be done. In some places, such as my home state of Florida, with the new Castle Law, any Islamofascist daring to deny a law abiding citizen his or her rights would likely have much to regret - and, for once, the law would be on the right side. Yes, Abdul. Here, if you try to beat a woman, she might just pull a Glock and empty its magazine into your microcojones...

Hmm - come to think of it - Castle Law; reminds me of castles, which reminds me of Crusader castles...an idea whose time, at least in France, has come again? May the spirits of Charles Martel and Charlemagne infuse the soul of France again. This is a war against Christian, Western civilization, folks. Time to defend this worthy and able civilization against these retrograde has-been pseudocultures! No more time for political correctness - it is a life or death matter, for France, the West and the United States.

Ferdinand and Isabella knew what the hell they were doing when they expelled the Islamofascists of their day from Spain. Admittedly - and regretfully - they threw out the baby with the bathwater when the also expelled the Jews. But today we know the real enemy - and where he is. Time to roll up the sleeves and go to work - and Prince Charles' opinion be damned!

I think it's significant that the guy was an older Frenchman. The old ones still remember us. The young ones are steeped in che culture. There's a big difference.

While I will withhold judgement on Mr. Coste and the handful like him given the lack of info, for the rest I say:

F _ C K LA F R A N C E.

They always do the same thing, thumb their noses at us until they take it up the wazoo and then come crying for sympathy or blood.

YA NO MAS, BABY! PAYBACK'S A BIATCH...

Everybody deserves one chance - like the Iraqis. We gave the french their chance in 1944 and they threw it away. One chance per customer. No blood for cheese or whatever.

Jay, we gave them their first chance in 1917, a year after nearly half the French Army had mutinied. 1944 was already the second time around.

As for good French people, this is also as much regional as generational. Most of the provincials are not really all that bad: it's Paris that's the real problem, and of course it's Paris that runs the country.

And it's Paris that's loaded with communists. I read in Stephen Schwartz's excellent New York Post article that the areas where all the rioting is happening is the communist areas. Communism is all about hate for one's neighbor.

Surprise.

Dave:
Ask yourself why the French military mutinied in '17 (the British did too but it wasn't as extensive and the authourities covered it up more effectively)
I assure you that had the American soldiers had arrived to take part in the Somme or Verdun, they wouldn't put up with that crap either. They wouldn't have mutinied but they'd've found creative ways not to participate in pointless slaughters
In any case, before Americans gloat over France,s fate, we should remind ourselves that they're the canary in the coalmines. The violence is already spreading to other countries. I fear that if Europeans get fed up, we'll see a retribution not seen since '45. It'll be very ugly

I'm officially an atheist, but I used to be really into Christianity, so I remember at times like this that the Bible offers no small measure of wisdom:

Job 4:8 Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.

And how long have the French been plowing iniquity and sowing wickedness? We have saved them twice, yet they hate us more than anyone else. They are reaping what they have sown.

Mic 6:15 Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and sweet wine, but shalt not drink wine.

Sounds like "thou" livest in a socialist country where those who do not produce demand a greater share, thus those who do produce must do with less.

Ecc 11:4 He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.

I think this is a good analogy. Do what you know you must do, and don't be afraid. The French should crush the muslims in the Spirit of Charles Martel, and expel them from France. But instead, the French are observing the wind and regarding the clouds, and are afraid to act.

Hsa 8:7 For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.

They should have sown their seeds in the fertile soil of their own people, rather than wasting their prosperity on savages.

Lev 26:16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

I saved the best for last. This verse needs no commentary.

Hi Babalu Folks!

This is my first post to this new site (new to me). Thank you for the opportunity to chat.

I'm an American who twice lived in France ('56 and '63-64). Believe me, many French hated "les Americains" way back then--I remember. But thankfully not all of them. There's still hope for France! Chirac and de Villepain will soon be gone and the Right will lead France into a new renaissance! If not, then bin Laden will--from a cave somewhere along the Pakistani-Afghan border! Can you imagine that? As bad as things are there now, perhaps this is France's single best chance to rid itself of its dominating Socialists and Communists and stand up for what it has left, excuse me, for what is Right! That means deporting Muslims who are creating problems, or, if their former countries won't take them back, perhaps the French should consider "an internment camp scenario" on some large French island for the 5 million who are not loyal French citizens. Perhaps first, the French government should make a law requiring all Muslim immigrants (the legal French citizens; the rest should be deported) to take an oath of allegiance and a lie detector test. If they refuse or fail the test, they're shipped off to a camp on some island and their property and bank accounts seized.

If this sounds too radical for some, it would solve the problem of weeding out the Islamofacists/troublemakers. Does the entire country have to go up in flames before something like this is done? Also, a "shoot to kill" policy for firebombers and looters and those leading them should instituted for the police instead of the Chirac "wimp out" currently underway.

Bon chance, mes amis!
