LAURA RESTREPO

COMMIE BITCH

Colombian writer featured at this years Miami Book Fair International, from today's Miami Herald:

As Restrepo remembers it, her answer was: ''For me, the Cuban Revolution, despite all its problems, continues to be our best dream.'' (A report by the Spanish news agency EFE quotes Restrepo as saying that Castro ``is the best thing that ever happened to the Americas.'')

...

''But I have always been a woman of the left and I will not be used by the right to criticize the Cuban Revolution,'' she said. ``One thing is the pain and the other is the political manipulation -- that need to throw you to one side or the other.''

...

'I said that Cuba was our dream, and I repeat it, but the word `dream' has a lot of implications,'' she said.

A dream!!! How wonderful. Maybe if Ms. Restrepo had seen family members executed, maybe if she had been separated from the rest of her family, maybe if she had her "thoughts" controlled, maybe if she hadnt been allowed to express her ideas, maybe if she had not been allowed to write what she wanted, maybe if she had to live off of ration books, maybe if she had family members die in the ocean. Maybe if she had experienced any and all of that, maybe I would begin to even think about accepting her opinion on Cuba and the revolution.

But she hasnt, and through her paise for castro and his obviously failed social experiment, she is but an enabler and accomplice to the bondage of the Cuban people. Fucking commie bitch.

You can bet your ass Ill be there at her Book Fair reading.

(long string of expletives deleted) This bitch has no excuse, she's there to provoke or soften, and she's on the take from the bearded thug himself. She must be challenged. In fact, run out of town on a rail.

Classic Perfect Latin American Idiota.

I assume the FARC are her dreams too...where does this bitch live? If Cuba is her dream, why doesn't she go live there, and pay Castro a % of her royalties from her books?

I wish I could be there at the signing....

Idiots like Restrepo should be treated the way the Tiranosauro treats his enemies.

Not to diminish the suffering castro has caused, what this woman says has a positive side: if castro's wretched revolution is the best "dream" the commies have today, we anti-communists must be doing something right. Now is not the time to stop squeezing castro, but rather it is time to squeeze him all the more.

The US needs to make up for lost time when it comes to castro. We don't have the Soviets to use for an excuse now; its time his butt was stubbed out in the ashtray of history.

This woman "ResTRAPO" sounds like one more Communist Whore in all her glory!! I am glad I wont face her, I don't think that even the guy that spit chewing tobacco on Jane Fonda's designer
suit will be humiliating enough for I would like to do to her right now!!

Wasn't she sighted at the Chavez-Maricona "counter-summit" last week?

If I can be there, I'll stand with you for moral support - wearing my Babalu shirt. In any case, dashed off an email to the Book Fair protesting her presence, and have copied you on it. It is the least I can do. Just don't get in trouble over this agent provocateur, who's a fine kaSStro-ho. She's certainly no author.

Anyone figured out what they are protesting yet?

She sounds like one of those women who have been repeatedly used, abused, and dumped by men who she made the wrong choice in getting involved with.

cant wait to hear what happens and your comments!
I wonder if she will do a Q&A with Humbert Fontova?(Wouldn't that be fun!)

well, i fig. i would share my tale with you guys. i recently bought a p9 with black dlc slide. no night sites since i usually prefer to put differant ones on.

first off. i was hesitant about buying a plastic kahr in the first place. due to the somewhat shakey at best reliability issues.but i went ahead anyway. i cant remember off hand but i think mine was made sometime middle of this year.

before i went to the range, i completely detail stripped the gun. cleaned everything! assembled and used the best lube in the world. http://www.brianenos.com/store/slide-glide.html
i love the stuff. then i was ready to go shooting...

well what can i say? the gun was A B S O L U T E L Y FLAWLESS

i shot 40rd. winchester ranger sxt 147gr. 100% rel.(jhp)

50rd. federal HST 124gr. 100% rel.(jhp)
120rd. lancer competition ammo.(reduced load) 147gr.fmj power factor 895fps. 100% reliable.

i cant say enough good things about this gun. it fills just the niche i was looking for. one handed drills. hip firing. rapid fire.double taps. ect. it did them all. farthest i shot was 10yrds. without "really" trying i could blow one big whole. i usually dont ever shoot like that anymore cause i just want to "run and gun" all of the time...:)

i guess if there had to be something i could say anything bad would be chambering the first round. its unlike glock, sig ect. ect. you really have to SLINGSHOT that baby home, or the first round would get stuck. but like i said, it never jammed once! im am completely happy.

i hope this helps somebody else who might be cosidering one.
