Let's take a breather, shall we?
As you can imagine, I've been quite busy since Monday evening when The Pitbull called me and woke me from nappytime with the breaking news of fidel castro's demise. I think Ive slept a total of maybe 4 hours since Monday, which are probably the only 4 hours Ive been away from the computer as well.
We have received tons of emails, most of them relating words of support or gratitude or forwarding information from family and friends in Cuba. Some emails werent as nice. Ive been called a fascist, an idiot, a Mafioso, an asshole, an imperialist...you get the picture.
I gotta say that this Mafioso fascist idiotic imperialist asshole is a bit tired right now. So, let's take a break from the fidel castro death watch for a bit. I figure whether he's dead or not, we wont know either way, confirmed not by a dumbass press release that lazy ass reporters gobble up like Happy Hour cheese, but by an actual sighting of the bearded old goat.
My wife - bless her for her support and patience through all of this - just sent me a great link to a Free Republic post with an excellent pasatiempo (passtime): a crossword puzzle by Doug from Upland, titled "Murderous Dictator fidel castro."
I've taken the liberty of uploading the images so we can take a quick break from talking about the rotting, putrid corpse of one fidel castro.
Here's the crossword puzzle and here are the questions.
First one to complete the crossword and post the answers in the comments section gets a free Babalu and Che? Still dead! tshirt.

We have a Cuban American US Senator here in New Jersey in Robert Menendez who seems to be the only Cuban in the United States who apparently has no opinion. He doesn't even make mention of this issue on his campaign website.
You'd think that a Cuban American US Senator who is running for his seat in November would be at the forefront of all of this.

Like the other corrupt former leader Arafat, Castro is dead and announces his recovery in a Cuban hospital will require some time.

Dino, Menendez may be a Democrat, but his position on Cuba is Republican. He's got the Jersey Cuban vote in his pocket. I, for one, refuse to vote for any Democrat Party Boss, no matter what his views on Cuba. Not mentioning any names, mind you.
