You don't know how proud it makes me to read your superb piece in Townhall.com. This is Pulitzer-worthy stuff, Val. I don't think anyone with a heart and open ears can deny it's power and truth. Now if you'd only learn to drink better beer...

The Miami Herald is treating you like a clandestine blog. Today they wrote another article "Bloggers challenge Castro photos,"

and they purposely omitted the pioneering work you did on this topic.
Some weeks ago, the Herald published another piece on Cuban American blogging, and also omitted mentioning your site.
My sincere congratulations. The Herald has always been the nemesis of the Cuban exile community.

Hey Brian, I guess you must be the token liberal historian here, since your comment just oozes stupidity mixed with a dollop of ignorance. We'll be glad to get rid of the dictator: just repeal the Neutrality Act and stop imprisoning Cuban exiles who want to buy arms to free their homeland. Calling you an asshole is an insult to assholes.

Don't let them play you man. That video was shot weeks ago. I saw Barney Fife writing a ticket on The Andy Griffin Show the other night. Does that mean Don Knotts is alive again? They were both reruns. Please tell the media that they are being duped and that fidel is in a coma and won't return. Tell that that the "information" provided by the gang of pimps on the island are lies.

It seems apparent that Raul Castro is now the puppet master of Cuba (unless
Hugo Chavez manages to unseat him), for his brother would never let him talk
like this (see footnote 1)
