Trouble in Cubazuela?
Venezuela to cut oil/gas exports to Cuba.

Could it be that papa fidel is completely out of the picture and little hugo aint getting along so well with uncle raul?

Somehow I truly with it were that. Me tells me that it's something closer to the official statement, in which case, it means Chavez's oil infracstructure is not very sound.
Also, what is Iran doing 'buying oil'? (like an Eskimo buying ice) / lowergrade quality at that.
