QuickPick, por favor.
Imagine having purchased a lotto ticket for a huge pay-out State lottery and having said ticket be the winning ticket. Imagine how unbelievably happy you'd be. Imagine how you would imagine how your life would completely change. Imagine how you would imagine everything you would buy with your winning. A new house! A different Porshe for every day of the week! A whole new wardrobe! Your parents and families mortgages completely paid in full! The parties! The red carpet treatments and VIP lounges! The Babes! THE BABES!
Now imagine that you have lost that winning lotto ticket. What would you do to get it back?
Some time ago, my good friend Will Vazquez handed me a script for a short film he'd been working on and asked me for my thoughts on it. I loved it, but told him that he had more than enough comedy gold there to turn it into a full length movie. I'm sure I wasnt the only one to express that opinion.
Well, after busting his behind writing, editing, fundraising, filming, producing and directing and who knows what else in between, Will finally did it. He turned his screenplay into a movie reality.

Filmed entirely on location in Miami - and at a few of my friends homes as well - with a budget of $25,000, "QuickPick" is about what you were imagining at the beginning of this post. Don't let the modest budget fool you, though, Will's a perfectionist and indredibly great at his craft. You can view a trailer here as well as checking out the cast, a brief synopsis, production stills, and a few clips of the film. Oh, and there's a quite a few babes as well.
The movie opens in Miami this coming Friday the 13th at 7:00 PM at AMC Cocowalk. Trust me folks, you will not be disappointed and knowing Will, Im absolutely positive you'll love the flick.
A huge congrats to Will. Te la comistes, asere.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Is that Steve's evil twin holding that Lotto ticket?! The guy in the poster the same look on his face that Steve had when he tried his lager and found out it tasted like Perrier...
