It looks like the boggieman(el duende) has kidnapped him...

El Duende is the pseudonym that Castro propagandist Marx Lesnik used to post on his blog, before Oscar Corral's article appeared, that the Herald would be doing an expose on their Radio Marti employees. The Castro media picked it up from there. Lesnik refuses to say if Oscarito gave him the information, even though they are friends.
To locate Corral, try asking people who travel to Cuba is they have seen him in Havana. Don't bother to ask Oscarito's father, because I have heard on Cuban exile radio stations in Miami that his father stopped talking to him after he wrote that high-school-newspaper-style article.

I'd be ashamed of my son as well.

He seems like such a nice boy. I wonder where he went wrong?

Oscar Corral possibly had the mumps as an adult and when they descended (le bajaron las paperas), it created hormonal and mental havoc.
