That's Bobby Flay with Roberto the inventor and seller of La Caja China and a very good friend of Babalu Blog. Two years ago tomorrow, Roberto came through for one Babalu reader and brought her a little Christmas Spirit, Cuban style. You can read this wonderful story here.

A dear friend of mine introduced me to the Cuban Christmas meal -- Roast Pork, fried plantains, yuca, black beans, rice, and avacado salad. Even though I am Irish, it has now become a tradition in our family as well. Thank you for posting this video
