man oh man i could go for that now.. no cuban food whats so ever in my town here.. the closest thing is "frango cubano" which is breaded chicken steak with provolone and mozzarella cheese and ham with a 'rose' sauce, which is a spicy, mayo and ketchup mix.. the part of brasil i live in is more partial to red beans than "our frijoles" but i got my wife to change that right away in our house.. shes actually gotten pretty good at improvising cuban dishes for me..
