castro Death Watch - Friday Edition

Today's castro death watch news is that the ailing, feces enhanced Cuban dictator is in a "slow, progressive" recovery.

This news comes from Spanish doctor Garcia Sabrido, whom not only flew to Cuba to assist castro's Cuban doctors, but is readily available to speak to the press and ensure us all that old fidel is fit as a fidel.

Whew. And here I was thinking that the dictator was already worm food.

Me thinks the doctor doth protest too much.

Dr. Sabelotodo is not acting as a typical doctor here. His role is clearly that of an advocate for a certain political position. He is acting as a mouth-piece for the castro government. His continued denials of media reports make that clear. If he were merely acting as a doctor, he would not feel compelled to continually attempt to discredit the media reports.

It seems so appropriate that "slow but progressive" is an anagram of "ego burst rips vowels"...

"Progressive recovery?" Is there any other kind? Did anyone ever hear of a patient experiencing "regressive recovery?"

This idiot sounds like a drop-out from Agitprop University.

Everybody who undergoes an operation experiences "progressive recovery" unless, of course, they do not. Therefore, Dr. García Sabrido assumes that Castro too must be experiencing "progressive recovery" (unless he is not). This assumption, he said in a call to CNN, is buoyed by reports from Castro's Cuban doctors that he is experiencing "some" progressive recovery. Of course, from "some" to little is not a big distance. And from little to none is even less.

What Dr. García Sabrido's frenzied and convoluted remarks show is that he must have gotten hell from his Cuban handlers when "El País" revealed his breach of security in confiding to other Spanish doctors on his staff Castro's real condition, which they in turn disclosed to "El País."

In short: Dr. García Sabrido is covering his own ass by covering up the truth about Castro's.

Oops, I should have checked my spelling before I posted the line above... ;->

Don't sweat it, Miguel. By now, Castro has probably lost not only command of his bowels, but command of his vowels as well (i.e. speech). In all likelihood, he is in a shit-induced comma (that should be "coma").

"I have recent information that his recovery is slow but progressive," Garcia Sabrido said.

So, the good doctor has RECEIVED recent INFORMATION from CUBA on castro’s recovery… Well, then I guess it “MUST” be true! By the way, there were also unconfirmed reports of pigs flying over Madrid.

Maybe we should send Jimmy Carter down there to certify the recovery. As our nation's moral beacon, he'll get the truth. There's no one who despises tyranny more than Jimmy Carter! Where is his unflinching eye and moral compass when we need him most?!

Louis:

Maybe Jimmy Carter will bring back one of Castro's hospital blankets to display as an icon at his Carter Peace Center, in Atlanta.

Good idea. He can bring back a blanket and one of fidel's turds to dine on since they're both comemierdas.

After the Che teeshirts, what the world needs now is a Castro doll that oozes shit when you squeeze it.

El Mono:

That's a homerun. That doll could have been made even before Castro became a shit-balloon.
