We are experiencing technical difficulties...UPDATED

Our blog talk radio show was a train wreck, which is appropriate since my nickname is "Conductor". Thanks to those who tuned in and those who called in. I promise a glitch-free show next week.
Me cago en la mierda.
UPDATE
Well it seems that nothing got recorded in the first 30 minutes or so of the show. Val and I put on a radio show for each other. Me cago en la mierda.

Better luck next week. I thought it was only me that heard dead air for about 35 minutes.
I started to call, but Al Gore stole my thunder. I'll call in next week with my cure for Global Warming.

I caught a piece of the show. Too bad for the technical difficulties. Maybe it was Fidel's handiwork. Better luck next week, guys.

The last 30 minutes were really enjoyable despite the annoying background static, which nonetheless did not drown out your voices. Val is a natural, and his laid-back attitude even started to rub off on Henry, who was the most relaxed I've heard him to date. The Al Gore skit was hilarious and all the more praiseworthy because it was unscripted. I feel, however, that I must lodge a small protest because Al Gore was the only member of the Clinton administration who opposed the return of Elián to Cuba. Too bad he obviously had no influence whatever with Clinton. May I respectfully suggest that you make your own independent recording of the show next time. (Do they still manufacture tape recorders?) An excellent job overall showing much grace under pressure. I look forward to your next outing and may even phone you myself (wouldn't that be something!). I am going to check on Stuck on the Palmetto now, where I fear Rick may be comparing us to Jack the Ripper.

Damn, I was hoping to hear Robert, but the rest of the show was pretty good. Algore should be a regular guest.
