Not only that, in the opening line of the piece, he indirectly refers to Cuba as toalitarian state! There must be something in the air other than pollen this spring. Marc-thanks for monitoring "The Nation" for us. I can't stand it.

The webpage with The Nation article also has link to a U.K. blog that seems unusually well-informed about Raúl Castro: "As Fidel's health deteriorates, Raul is not in much better shape. A notoriously hard drinker, he is reportedly suffering from advanced cirrhosis of the liver.
