Two men named Lázaro
Many Cubans hold a special devotion to St. Lazarus, the friend of Christ he raised from the dead, honoring him as the "miraculous saint."
(You might not known but the Santeria counterpart for St. Lazarus is Babalu.)
Two Cuban dissidents named after Lazarus — Lázaro García and Lázaro Alonso need their own miracles tonight.

This Wednesday, Marta Beatriz Roque of the Assembly to Promote Civil Society in Cuba has called for a PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION in favor of Lazaro Garcia who will be "tried" at 8:30 AM. It will be in Havana at the corner of Cristo and Villegas. Think the MSM will have the "pelotas" to be there and cover the PEACEFUL PROTEST? Doubt it, but you can bet the Rapid Response Brigades AKA castro's matones will be ther for sure. Doing what they do best, beating up on defenseless, unarmed men, women, and children (que guapos son).
When will the MSM grow a pair? Heck... at least ONE!
Even if none show up to cover this, Marta and her group are FEARLESS! And we'll get the names of all who abuse and continue to abuse peaceful activists whose only crime is TO DEMAND HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE CUBAN PEOPLE. EVEN ANIMALS HAVE RIGHTS (according to the Spaniards, chipms do)! ARE OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS ON THE ISLAND NOT MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN RACE?
