In a related story:
I was flying out of Sky Harbor last week into Durango, CO and, apparently, I had left the knife I usually take hiking with me(3" serrated blade) in my carry on. I didn't realize it until I was going through TSA in Durango's tiny little La Plata regional airport and one of the agents quickly found the blade, questioned me and confiscated the object. So, I was able to board a passenger plane at Sky Harbor with a deadly weapon concealed in my day bag. Nice.
