As if on cue
The Washington Post has posted a special multimedia report called "Cuba, a wave of uncertainty" in which it delves into various topics, not the least of which is the Wet Foot / Dry Foot policy.
I haven't had a chance to read/view it yet. Feel free to tell me what you think in the comments.
