This is a source Im not very familiar with. But basically, there is a report that four Cuban military personnel, including a major by the last name of Chuorio have been detained for investigating and discovering that fidel castro is dead.

Read the whole article here in Spanish. (If anyone has the time to translate same, please post in the comments.)

Today is, incidentally, the anniversary of Elvis' death.

I would believe that the U.S. knows the status of "Elvis" in the event he's left the building.

With all the satellite and super-secret surveilance technologies available to its disposal, I have no doubt that the U.S. has been 'listening in' to what is or has transpirred in Cuba.

I would not only look for 'out of the ordinary' activity in Cuba right now, but I would look for similar signs in S.FLA right now, i.e. Coast Guard alerts, call-ups, and any other simlar unusual status situations.

According to the most recent information coming from Cuban sources, it is confirmed that Fidel castro’s health is in its “terminal phase” and he could even have already died.

Given the latter possibility, it is evident that his brother, Raul, will not spread the news right away. The communist regime custom is modeled after Leonid Brezhnev, whose death was made known a week after it happened.

According to the sources, there are four members of military personnel that have been detained in Cuba for investigating and discovering that castro is dead. One could be a major whose last name is Chourio and the other three were assistants to the octogenarian Cuban dictator.

The doctors who came to tend to castro were doing the impossible to prolong his life, but his family, as well as some high ranking leaders of the regime, were aware that he was in his final days.

Even the doctors had thought about moving fidel from the CIMEQ (Medical Center of surgical investigations ??) where he was an in-patient, to his home in the Jaimanitas neighborhood. But the plans were changed and he was taken to Casa 12, Protocolo, just behind the residence of the Spanish embassador.

Nevertheless, upon his condition worsening in such an alarming way, the “commander” was again taken urgently to the CIMEQ.

The sources- which form part of the opposition to the castro regime- assure that these are not mere speculations and that at that time, they received the most recent information by people who are very close to where the events are happening.

In addition, it is indicated that as proof that they were waiting for the end at any moment, castro’s security personnel, which numbers in the hundreds, was being dispersed and many of them have transferred to other units. It’s a sign.

In the lower and middle ranks they were commenting that additionally, castro could be clinically dead and on life support while the “heirs”, family as well as political, could be looking for the best opportunity to unplug him and announce his death.

What is certain, definitely, is that Castro will never leave CIMEQ alive.
(I stopped here because it's such a nice ending.)

Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates to fidel castro:

"I knew Elvis. He was a friend of mine. Mr. Castro, you're no Elvis Presley."

Look for more signs of the nomenklatura fleeing the country, like Ché Guevara's daughter.

OK, I came here in 1959. That being said. Se acabo la mierda. There was la Brigada 2506, which my dad was in, now there should be "La Brigada se acobo lo que se daba, y el corre corre se formo", I am willing to go in and finalize this aberration that never should have taken place. Who is with me, I will find the financing. How about it? Anyone with me, this shit has got to end. I have not been in Cuba for that long, 48 years, los singados comunistas have been in my house in Habana that long, in Tarara, that long, and in the Biltmore Country Cloub, that long,it does not matter that we had a perceived or earned right to those properties unless you look at it from a socialist standpoint, sure it was a privileged class, but hey, they earned it, right or wrong. Pal carajo con los sapingos que "ramsacked" my house, took my 8 year old Christmas and Reyes Nagosm fuck you all. Eso es "Egalitarian" shit,is what fuck it all up for all of us. Val, please make sure that the blog continues to support the effort to "Resolver", but we need to figure a way to bring "resolucion" to the problems to the misled populace. This "misled populace" are the same people that ramsacked my familiy's houses, stole all our assets and fell for the bullshit communism crap that fidel castro handed out to the populace. It is now time to be prepared and be willing to go in and make a change. Unfortunately or not, the next leader of Cuba is not in Miami or the U.S., he or she is in Cuba. We just have to make sure that he or she is a change agent, the change will come as to who controls the militar!!!!!!!!!!!!!Because, Raul is making sure that he has total control of the military, because if they turn on him it will be all over, the populace has no power and does not have any clue of civil rights or the fact to fight the government. The only way will be to bring a change from within, with outside help or not. I am willing to help bring the outside help. EL CABRON DE MIERDA ESTA MUERTO, Y LO SABEMOS!!!!!!!!!!!!
