According to the latest news it isn't happening. Security concerns were cited as the reason.

There are reports that NYPD won't supply security, that the SS will, that he's been refused, that he plans to go anyway.
Various plans are afoot to protest at GZ: check comments at LGF, Atlas Shrugged and, obviously, M Malkin.

The latest I heard is that he is being escorted by the Secret Service at 10 AM. Gatehring of Eagles will be there as will many, many other groups. Generally speaking there will be many opportunities to protest him Monday. He has also been invited to speak at Columbia University that afternoon.
I will be at Ground Zero since, to me, that is the most offensive. Will anyone other Babalusians be there?
