If he says this to be the case, and he also says...

Then he (and anyone claiming such antagonism towards human liberty) should be rounded up, tried for "treason against humanity", and be given "20 years of deprivation of freedom" - much like his godfather mentor has done in Cuba!

Very true. He has been exemplary in continuing to have two legs, two arms, two eyes, one head, human DNA, etc., and has adamantly refused to grow wings, fins, or a tortoise shell. Can't help but admire the guy for such steadfast resolve...
Also, did Ortega also suggest we give the car keys back to every drunk driver?
