I wonder when the last time there was a bus in Cuba with that much room?

Ziva,
Wow, what a blast from the past. When I was a child we had an old record player. Of course I was fascinated with the "stereo". Among the many records we had was one album by "Pototo y Filomeno". I must have been 6 ot seven years old. Anyway my favorite song on that record was "Ahorita va a Llover" and I remember repeating that chorus all the time. My grandmother and I used to sing it all the time. Just hearing it takes me back to those special moments with my abuelita who raised me.
Love you Ziva, and love you Tati, hope you're singing in heaven.

Ziva,
Thanks for finding that great clip and sharing it with us. You have a wonderful knack for finding these little gems.
On a sidebar, if you look closely at this clip and you compare and contrast the street scenes of pre-Castro Cuba with those of Cuba today, it speaks volumes. The old clip shows snippets of a prosperous city that is obviously not the third-world hellhole that it was supposed to have been. It never ceases to amaze me how so many people out there believe the Castroite propaganda when there is so much archival footage that disproves it. Castro has done the opposite of what he says that he did. Instead of building up Cuba, he has torn it down and brought it to the level of one of those poor Central American countries with urban decay everywhere: slums full of broken streets, festered with garbage and worn-out people dragging themselves around. It's so sad.
