Our turkey is more like a party favor than a meal. I mean, people eat it but it's all about the pork.

Ziva,
I marinade my turkey with mojo and then place bacon (turkey or beef bacon) under the skin and stuff it with Fufu (Mofongo)... :)

I stuff our turkeys with a middle eastern dressing that has been modified by using pork. With that slight alteration we keep Thanksgiving very, very white bread American.
Oh ... and we eat at night. Sometimes as late as 10. Heck, I haven't even put the birds in the oven yet and don't plan to for at least another hour.
