Liberty is scarce & fragile: We must defend it
Former President Francisco Flores of El Salvador delivered this Keynote speech at the Willard Hotel on November 6, 2007, to celebrate the fall of the Berlin Wall. It is an eloquent, inspiring explanation of the human condition, and the reemergence of communism in our hemisphere. If only we were blessed with more leaders like this great man.
