Clinton policy redux

I’d like to provide some clarity for the president. fidel castro is a terrorist, Luis Posada Carriles is not. Trained by fidel himself, Palestinians have been terrorizing Israel for decades, while the Israelis have practiced restrained self-defense.

Fausta has the video, here.

Check out how President Clinton responded to a reporter's question when asked about the heavy show of armed force during the raid that seized Elian Gonzalez from his Miami home on on April 22, 2000.

Is it me or does Clinton look like he's ready for a flood in that clip. His pants are way too short.

Exactly Delacova – He just walked away, washed his hands of the affair, and considered himself absolved from responsibility. Thanks to the usual suspects, the American public probably agrees with his decision and would say that returning Elian was the right thing to do. Meanwhile the quest to get a signed Israeli-Palestinian peace deal on paper continues, no matter the reality on the ground. It seems U.S. presidents are especially adept at selling out allies.

Donato Dalrymple, the fisherman who rescued Elian, also expressed his opinion.
