Not to mention a graphic reminder that the presumably adult, sane and non-retarded US public (or any public) can make really, REALLY bad choices that can wind up screwing EVERYBODY. Just seeing Carter and his eternal stupid horse grin gives me the creeps, because, unfortunately, a disaster like him could happen again.
