Code Pink and My Middle Finger

Henry and I were just photographed by Medea Benjamin as we shot her the bird.

We took a few minutes of our day to head over to Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen's offices where the Bacalao Brigade - Code Pink - was having another tantrum for press attention guised as a "protest." There were literally only 6 Bacalao Brigaders there:

There were only a handful of counter-protesters there as well, but that's because Cuban-Americans have jobs and dont like to live off someone else's teat.

Both Henry and I were interviewed for local Spanish TV, where tonight, my mom can watch me butchering the Spanish language.

And please dont worry folks, the old middle finger came no closer than 10 yards from any Bacalao.

Keep 'em fingers coming!

Esas viejas no hay quien se las fume. Chusmas, frustradas y feas. Huecas entre oreja y oreja. This is probably the only time they've had any finger up the.... oh, never mind.

The only dick these women have seen in the last few decades is Howard Dean...

Thats another thing that burns me up. These bitches are living off 'donations' from various non-profits. We taxpayers unwillingly support their treason.

Val and Henry...Good for you! What station will you be on?

Val and Henry, you told me about the Paultards and I listened. Listen to me now: be careful these people look really weird.

Who are these strange beings anyway? Why do they have to look so terribel to make any point?

Take care

Rafael

Got so caught up in the other thread that I missed this.

GOOD! Nothing like a good middle finger or two to peacefully show disagreement! After all, it's half the peace sign, right? That's what I call good ol' fashioned Cuban picardia.

Not only that, but you guys got positive media exposure out of it. That's what I'm talking about.

Robert,

Whether we got positive media exposure out of it remains to be seen. And I can assure you, you wont see this covered in anything but the TWO local spanish stations that were there. No CNN, no AP, no Reuters, etal.

Two Spanish stations is not bad for a handful of people showing up on a workday in a parking lot off Flagler Street.

That comment you made about many not being able to show up because they work reminds me of my first office job. I ended up being manager of the mail room. We had this one older gentleman, who had come over during the "balsero crisis". Hard worker, always had a little transistor radio tuned to Mambi. One day he asked for a little extra time for his lunch, he said he had an doctor's appointment. I had no reason to doubt him and I gave it to him. I was in the lunch room and the big boss was in there. For whatever reason, he asked me about Pedro, I think he needed him to run some items to the post office for him. I said "oh he's at the doctors for an appointment." No sooner do I say that that WSVN shows some protest and who do they flash on the screen but my buddy Pedro. Some one said "Hey look, Pedro's on TV". The boss saw it and made me fire him. First time I ever had to fire some one, sucked real bad.

BTW, I was just watching Channel 41 hoping to see Val and Henry on. Instead, they showed footage of the Bacalaos at Versailles last night. They actually entered the restaurant (for dinner as well as to provoke), and got pelted by water and eggs in the front parking lot as they were leaving. The disgusting Bacalaos left with their arms held high in triumph (?) and flashing the peace sign.

Don't approve of the throwing of water and eggs (what a waste of perfectly fine goods), and at least one person interviewed in the piece (a Cuban I assume based on his accent) didn't approve either. I must confess, though, that the looks on the Bacalaos' faces after the pelting made me want to grab their necks and choke them.

OK there, I said it.

What a bunch of low-class ho's.

I can understand and feel the emotions that well up, but sinking down to their level hurts us more than it hurts them.

Here is documentation that Medea Benjamin, the co-founder of Code Pink, lived in Cuba for four years.

Val & Henry,
Have I told you lately how much I love you guys? =D

I was so inspired by Meada's new song that I made one of my own, originally sung by the Calypso Commie-Lover, Harry Belafonte, The Banana Boat song:

PINK-OH!
Piinnnk-OH!
Cubans come and you wanna run home.
Pink! We say Pink We Say Pink we say pinnkkk-o
Cubans come and you wanna run home.

You don't work all day but you drink our rum
(Cubans come and you wanna run home)
Tried to protest Posada and say he's a bum
(Cubans come and you wanna run home)

Come Mizzuz Pinko beyotch,
tally all de Cubans
(Cubans come and you wanna run home)

Six bearded women is not a BUNCH!
(Cubans come and you wanna run home)
We see your faces and throw up our LUNCH!
(Cubans come and you wanna run home)

Hey!
I say Hey!
I say Hey!
I say Heyyyy, hos!
Cubans come and you wanna run home.

There's a great thread of comments about the confrontation at the Free Republic here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1953071/posts

My favorite: "Socialists are so used to conservatives cowering in front of them that they don’t know what to do when they are actually confronted."

Meada Benjamin and the Code Pinko broads are the best vaccination there is against lust.

Val, Henry:

Did the interview air? I watched the three Spanish channels' newscast at different times: 41, Univision and Telemundo hoping to see you guys, but didn't...
