All you need to know...
If you are Cuban-American then you know that a change from fidel to raul castro is no change at all. Still the forces that oppose sanctions against Cuba are salivating as they expound that the time is now to change a failed policy. I agree it's time for Cuba to change it's policy toward its own people first and foremost. The power to lift the embargo lies and has always lied in Havana. Flake et al should spend more time lobbying their buddy raul instead of trying to pass legislation that's destined for a veto.
In the meantime, it's important to vote for our incumbent congresspersons Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, and Lincoln and Mario Diaz-Balart. Don't give the Flakes and Rangels of the world allies in Washington.
