18th Congressional District over time
Below the fold is a visual representation of party affiliation percentages in Florida's 18th congressional district (presently represented by Ileana Ros-Lehtinen - R) since 2002 (when the current districts were drawn up and first used).
As you can see, just like in the 21st district, there has been a decline in Republican percentages in the last six years. And just like in the 21st, the big winner has not been the Democratic party but instead NPA (No party affiliation).

While not related to this subject this a call to the digital barricades: Unconfirmed reports that Cuban blogger Yoani Suarez and other Cuban bloggers have been blocked from reaching their servers outside the Island, true or not we need to send a clear message to Little Brother that we know he is preparing a wave of repression while world attention is focused on Tiber and China, I for one forwarded this report to various news organizations, pass the word!!!!
