The Eagle's Eyes

_MG_1366_web.jpg

Happy Wednesday infidels. I'm getting ready for trial but leave you today with a photo of the American Bald Eagle taken in Melbourne, Florida.

On the idiot front, besides the regular postings from abysmally ignorant dolts who have no clue about the law or economics, I find this interesting piece from Latin America's biggest putz, Hugo Chavez. Who besides now wanting to nationalize the cement industry, he now has decreed that the Simpsons may no longer be broadcast on Venezuelan television since it is subversive. Read it here.

Great picture!

I read the Simpsons thing the other day, but the newstory I read said that while it was the channel who pulled the Simpsons b/c it wasn't appropriate content for children, the would broadcast Baywatch Hawaii instead. Yeah, great kids content there.

The ironic thing is that if you look at the Simpsons objectively it's a total critique of American life. It's the kind of anti-yanqui propaganda that Hugo should be happy to broadcast.

I didn't know there were any bald eagles in Florida. The only time I've ever seen them in the wild has been in Alaska. From far away their heads look like little golf balls in the trees.

Yes there are bald eagles in fla, during the winter just go up the Tamiami trail about 70 miles to turner river Road and go alone the Canal and see them.
