Like in "Lawrence of Arabia" when Lawrence and Abdullah took Damascus... When you need to run an electrical generation facility - you need Electrical Engineers - not folks of the "right opinon." This is the CENTRAL mistake of the Castrista Regime. They, and unfortunately, the CUBAN PEOPLE, have suffered ever since. Had Fidel only wanted to steal the amount that hat he has and only left everything else alone - Guess What - CUBA would still be a wealthy nation with a "Pr-ck" for a President.
