This just in:

Judge Temporarily Blocks Fla. Law Restricting Cuba Travel

MIAMI -- A federal judge temporarily blocked a new Florida law that imposed a stiff bond and other restrictions on companies booking trips to Cuba.

Attorneys for the companies argued Tuesday in Miami court that the measure is unconstitutional and could put them out of business.

I dont know, seems to me that since these travel agencies arent in business to make money, but to help all those poor Cuban families in Cuba with people to to people contacts and family visits, as we're told ad nauseum, posting a bit of a higher bond shouldnt be such an issue. What's a little less profit when looking at the big, humanitarian picture?
