True or False?

Examples?

One prime example is Joe Garcia, head of a once great organization that today is nothing more than a shill for the Dems. He thinks he speaks for all CAs when he makes his idiotic comments on Cuba policy. He has a surprise in store for him in November. More to come.

Definitely, undoubtedly, unequivocally and a resounding YES!!!! Too many indians and not enough chiefs. I've belonged to several anti-Castro groups in NYC and they've all fallen apart, because of ambitious people jocking for a position of leadership and undermining the group's goal. These factions have divided the groups, caused infighting and then laughed when the group has fallen apart because, IF THEY CAN'T HEAD THE GROUP NOBODY CAN! These Chiefs have been more concerned with leadership than with getting the word across to the American people. It's really quite sick when the struggle against Castro takes 3rd seat to the struggle within the group to see who is going to lead it. I have seen these chiefs destroy someone's perfectly great idea, because it didn't come from them, I have seen them tell others, don't go to this or that demonstration because it is being invoked by fulano or megano, whom they don't like.
Castro is fully aware of our flaws and he takes advantage of them. In my opinion, castro is not the brilliant strategist that the mainstream media makes him out to be, I just think that Cuban exiles are stupid and too busy fighting within their own ranks to put a consorted front against castro. I think that if castro were fighting with a group of people who had great organizational skills [i.e. the Jews], he would no longer be in power. Individually, Cubans are brilliant and we have proven it over and over again in business, in literature, in politics, etc..but as a group somos una mierda. Sorry for the frankness.

Ray,
Dont apologize for your opinion. That's what this post is for: to lay it all out on the table.

It seems that disunity has plagued Cubans for more than 150 years. We have been cursed by it. It seems the one time in history that Cubans were largely united was in getting rid of Fulgencio Batista (even though there were divisions there too).

All one has to do is to look at all the distinct Cuban-American groups we have here in Miami. It would be one thing if they all cooperated when it came down to the main goal, but too many of the groups want to be the main star instead of working together despite differences which really aren't as big as they seem.

I think Castro's being in power has more to do with the fact that he is a narcissistic, paranoid, psychopathic personality-disordered individual. Like other leaders with this genetic brain-wiring (Stalin, Mao, Milosevic), he has been able to con and charm people to stay in power, then to ruthlessly destroy his enemies. It's all about him. No empathy for others. The question is, is Raúl any different? As Val would say, discuss.
