A real Cuban Hero's birthday
Today, Cuban hero and Presidential Medal of Freedom winner, Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet, turns forty-seven years old. Considering the conditions in which the murderous Cuban regime is keeping him in, however, he may not know which day of the week it is, let alone that today is his birthday. Nonetheless, his family knows and we know that today marks the birth of a real Cuban hero who has sacrificed everything in pursuit of the liberation of our dear Cuba.
Claudia Fanelli of Claudia4Libertad has posted a heart wrenching letter written by Dr. Biscet's daughter, Winnie. Please visit her blog and leave both Winnie and Dr. Biscet a message of support. All of the messages will be sent to Winnie who will forward them to her father.
