Damn it Val, why'd you have to post that? Sigh. I miss that promenade so much and wish I could have experienced it as it once was. I've walked along the entire Malecon wall (on the wall - not the sidewalk) so many times, enjoying wonderful heart-to-heart talks with my family on so many occasions. Just makes me sad.

Certainly not the picture of a beautiful cuban beach I see at the travel outlets here in Canada.
