More Obama controversy
Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs has an interesting take on the lawsuit filed in Federal Court asking for a temprorary restraining order on the nomination of B. Hussein Obama. It seems Peter Berg, an attorney (and Hillary Clinton supporter) doubts the veracity of B. Hussein's Hawaii birth certificate.
A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee. The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.Who is he fronting for? Rhetorical question. He is a long time Hillary supporter and while they may want to dump this at the foot of the Republican party - it has Hillary's paw prints all over it. [...]

All the docs available on the site above (where Philip Berg Esq. represents himself as "Attorney in Pro Se") contain their file locations on his hard drive, which further reveals that they are temporary internet files, obtained through Outlook Express, i.e., SOMEBODY EMAILED THEM TO BERG. Berg then converted the docs to pdfs.
Never, ever underestimate the Clintons.

I read the pleadings. Bogus lawsuit. A time waster clogging up the court system. This lawyer should hope he does not get hit with Rule 11 sanctios.

The seriousness of the crimes deserves an investigation since there is circumstantial evidence that would indicate that Barry's mom may not have been trythful.
This would blow the freaking lid off the election campaign! Forget sanctions....just put this before a GOP appointed judge with balls, sit back, and watch the fireworks! Go Counseler Go!

he was born in Hawaii. That makes him a US born US citizen. no way around that.
This is the same crap they're saying about McCain not being a natural born US citizen because he was born in the US Canal Zone. It's malarkey.

Thermo-nuclear pre-emptive attack by the Clintonistas, should it have merit the biggest fraud ever, by the way Hilaria looked like a ragg muffin yesterday on CNN, there be may something there with Barry's Hawaii mistery.

From what I can see, having worked in a law office, these are well written bits of fluff. When you get past the very nicely written legalise, there doesn't seem to be much concrete evidence to support these motions. They'll just gum up the court and a judge will dismiss. Nice try, though.
