UK Telegraph on Gorki's case
It seems that the international media has been shaken from its stupor and is finally starting to do its job.

That may be, Henry, but I assure you they're not happy about it. Old biases die hard.

Henry,
These brits are a sour lot and they, like the Canadians, should one day be taken to task for their support of the dictatorship. The article while good, still clings to some B.S. for lack of a better phrase.
For example it states that folks who criticize the dictatorship get several years in prison. This we know is not true. Just look at poor Dr. Biscet and his 25 year sentence.
Also it states:
"For 46 years Cuba has endured an American economic embargo that has imposed rationing of even basic items on every family."
What crap! The American embargo did not impose the rationing - that was done by Castro and co. to fulfill what every communist dictatorship has done from the inception, mainly to hurt it's people and them blame it on an ememy like the USA, Kulaks, bourgeoisie, capitalists...we know the tactics from the communist play book.
And to think that the whole world visits and trades with Cuba.
But in the end all the coverage is good for our cause.
