Muslims are enemies of America, you know.

Thin, this is not about what faith he is, but whether he is concealing his true faith or not. That's a pretty important criteria to decide the next president, you think? Read up on the Muslim doctrine of Al-Taqiyya and then come back with your witticisms.
The word "Taqiyya" literally means: "Concealing, precaution, guarding." It is employed in disguising one's beliefs, intentions, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions or strategies. In practical terms it is manifested as dissimulation, lying, deceiving, vexing and confounding with the intention of deflecting attention, foiling or pre-emptive blocking. It is currently employed in fending off and neutralising any criticism of Islam or Muslims.Falsehoods told to prevent the denigration of Islam, to protect oneself, or to promote the cause of Islam are sanctioned in the Qur'an and Sunna, including lying under oath in testimony before a court, deceiving by making distorted statements to the media such as the claim that Islam is a "religion of peace." A Muslim is even permitted to deny or denounce his faith if, in so doing, he protects or furthers the interests of Islam, so long as he remains faithful to Islam in his heart.

He's not a muslim. I think that the case against him is pretty strong based on his record. When we attempt to perpetuate these myths about him, it undermines our case and makes his case stronger.
I strongly suggest you all read "The Case Against Barack Obama."
It's a strong one. Fight with the truth behind you, not with myths.

Sorry Mike. What's good for Trig is good for B. Hussein, too. Gloves are off. It's up to him to prove I'm wrong, not the other way around.
I DO NOT TRUST HIM AS FAR AS I CAN SPIT.

I want my presidents to regard their relationship to their creator as something detached, abstract, and impersonal as Jefferson's, or, like Obama might if he's as nefarious as George suggests: if he's a Muslim, then hell yeah I want him to observe Al-Taqiyya! Keep it hidden and away from the rest of us. Otherwise there's plenty to attack Obama on besides accusing of being an Islamist or a socialist. Sadly, our Washington media class insists on nominating candidates who must wear their faith on their sleeve. What a novelty to elect an unabashedly atheist president.

Duke, I reckon then that Washington, Adams, and Lincoln weren't your cup of tea since they were very religious and weren't ashamed of it.

If you mean they believed in God, yes; if you mean they were church going and insisted on public declarations of faith, then you need to reread Adams' letters to Jefferson and Lincoln's Second Inaugural Address. The latter, besides being one of the most beautiful piece of public prose in American literature, posits a God remarkably indifferent to the travails of mankind. It's safe to say that they took little comfort in Jesus Christ as a personal savior. In Adams' case, it was even more complicated: he had the New Englander's Puritan sense of sin without the faith.

Well Lincoln made a bet with God that if they won a major battle, he'd free the slaves.
So I guess that was inappropriate?

What's revealing in the interview is that Dumbo (look at those EARS!!!!) believes he's pure as the driven snow because he denounced people for attacking Palin's kids, while McCain is a sonofabitch for denouncing people for attacking Obama's kids.

Putting aside what he actually says, the thing that strikes me the most is his inability to fluently convey an idea without a script.

I don't see any ˜Oops!" about any of it. If he gains, or re-gains faith as a Muslim, God bless him! If he becomes a better Christian, God bless him. If he becomes closer to God, God bless him. I'd rather have a president who's heart is yearning to follow the God of the People of the Book, than to have one that is sure "God told me," and felt justified in genocide of Muslims and Christians -- worse yet, to help a people that don't even believe in his God. 5pillar.wordpress.com
