Miami Herald and "Obsession" (UPDATED)

I typically despise those huge, glossy, space-clogging ads that accompany the home delivery version of the Sunday Miami Herald. Sure enough, when I unwrapped this morning's version, there was one of those big ads again. However, after a few seconds (it was 7 AM, what do you expect?), I realized this wasn't your ordinary gaudy advertisement spilling out of the plastic wrapper.

It was a DVD copy of Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against The West. That gagging sound South Floridians heard this morning was surely the sound of the politically correct and overly sensitive crowd choking on their breakfast upon seeing the MSM deliver a bold message against radical Islam right to their front doorsteps.

It will be very interesting to check out the Herald's op-ed page in the coming days for letters to the editor from politically correct, "enlightened and progressive-minded" folks outraged that the MSM would sell advertising space to a bunch of "right-wing, racist fear mongerers".

You can bet the letters are already flooding the inboxes of the editors at 1 Herald Plaza.

UPDATE
: For clarification, the DVD was also distributed to dozens of other papers around the country. I guess I need to read the fine print more closely!

I purchased the full-length movie last year when it was released. As much as I know about this conflict from my readings, it was an eye-opener for me. I urge everyone to watch this movie. It'll give you a clear, unvarnished, no-PC view of the enemy we face.

Yes, I got it too, what a great surprise, at first I thought it was going to be some PC bullshit about "understanding" Al Qaeda and the Taliban...

It was excellent...does the full movie version go into the history of Islam??? The reality about who Muhammed really was...a murderer, a rapist, a pedophile, a thug.
