A plea from Cuba for help...

...from the Cuban government, that is:

CITIZENS OF MANATI VERY UPSET FOR NOT RECEIVING HELP FROM CUBAN GOVERNMENT
The independent journalist Mayki Martorell Mayán calls us from the city of Manatí, Las Tunas, that the populace is very upset that no aid has come from the [Cuban] government.

No surprise here. The Cuban government couldn't care less about its people. Listen here. Spanish only I'm afraid, but very revealing. Here's another call in Spanish saying pretty much the same thing in more detail.

No need to worry... If you're a tourist that is... All Hotels and beaches used by tourists are back in service. Plenty to eat and drink too.
