Frida Kahlo, Mexican Communist activist, American hater, who cheated on her husband by having an affair with Leon Trotsky: Honored by the Bush Administration on June 21, 2001, when they dedicated a U.S. postage stamp to her.

The Bush Postal Service then honored another Communist militant, Paul Robeson, with a postage stamp, on January 2004.

Robeson entertained the Communists fighting in the Spanish Civil War. Stalin awarded him the "Stalin Peace Prize" in 1952. Robeson had his American passport revoked by the U.S. State Department from 1950 to 1958 for his pro-Communist activities.
Note how all these facts about Kahlo and Robeson are omitted from their biographies by the postal service. Ironically, they were hailed under the "conservative" Bush Administration and not by the liberal Clintons.

Kahlo could well be Obama's favorite artist. She was all about self-absorption. Sound familiar?
