About that aid to Cuba

From the Kingston Chronicle:

The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba has the honour to inform the decision of the Government of Cuba to supply 2.5 tons of medicines for the victims of the Tropical Storm Gustav.

The humanitarian assistance will be arriving in Aero Caribbean flight
CRN1856, at 09:10 hrs next Wednesday September 24, 2008. The flight shall continue to Haiti at 11:10 hrs of the same day, in order to also carry humanitarian aid to that sister nation.

Looks like the aid propaganda supply line is up and running.

If this weren't so obscenely disgusting, it would actually be comical, possibly along the lines of Mel Brooks. How can anybody with half a brain and an ounce of decency not be outraged at Castro, Inc?

Ziva - For the REAL REALITY, link to the Wall Street Journal for a Video entitled "Cuban Credit Crisis." Interesting factoid is that the US is the largest giver of Private Donation Aid - something the regime would prefer to and DOES keep hidden from the Cuban people. -S-

In the world arena, a country is supposed to look after it's own interest, first, second and third, but castro's contribution to world politics is that he has distinguished himself by putting the interest of anyone in the world ahead of his "own people" [the Cubans], whom he obviously hates. Well, it's not as magnanimous as it seems, because castro does this in order to obtain worldwide propaganda points [in other words, for himself].
