Chutzpah, redefined
"Pelosi calls House GOP 'unpatriotic'." I thought we weren't supposed to impugn someone's patriotism? Are the gloves off? Oh, I hope so, I certainly hope so. Because we can have a field day with so many of them it's not funny...

Here you go again, George.
First, you, of all people, are shocked! that strong language is being used to describe Palin. Now you are outraged that Dems have finally used descriptors that Republicans and you [earlier this month] have been using for years with Dems.
Listen, we got through it okay so I'm pretty sure that you guys will also survive all this terrible,, terrible treatment by liberals.
Talk about being a Drama Queen. Sheesh.

Rick, if you can't tell the difference between why your party throwing away flags is unpatriotic, and Pelosi calling congressional dissent -- which she usually does not permit since, like you, she's so tolerant -- isn't, then your soul is lost. The less you soil our blog with your vile presence the better.

C'mon, George, you know that one example is not the full extent of yours and the Republican Party's long list of accusations over the past 8 years. Be for real and be honest, would you? If I can detect the BS, so can your readers.
Are you really going to throw a hissy fit each time something like this happens up until November 4th? Look they used swear words! Look they called us a name! Seriously?

And here are two more swear words:
FUCK YOU.

Folks, I'm stupefied at this kind of language being vomited out by the right. It's extraordinary! Is it just me, or is Moneo living on a different planet than the rest of us? Evil forces are afoot in the world, mark my word.
Such a mamby pamby response, right, George?

Witness the power of free speech, Rick. Poof! Your comments are gone! Just like lancing a pustule...

Would it surprise you if I saved them, George?
What are you so scared of?

Rick, please. I didn't delete them, either. It's just that I am sick to death of listening to you and your kind.

Thanks for the link, Rick. I'm honored to be singled out by you, probably the single most hypocritical jerkoff in the leftist blogosphere -- and that's no mean achievement! I must be doing my job for you to lavish such attention on me. Should I remind our readers that the courage of your convictions is so robust that you refuse to use your real name on the blog, afraid as you are to be found out by God-knows-who? Onion-skin thin is more like it.
Let's take the three posts you so generously linked to. In the first I linked to a piece in the Rolling Stone that is pretty typical of the left, at least the new version of the left that's been around for the last eight years of Bush. My point, which you missed, was that the rhetoric was being jacked up to an even greater degree simply by the addition of Sarah Palin on the GOP ticket. Calling her "Gidget addressing the Reichstag" is nothing new for you folks; however the hatred is even greater, if that's even possible, than it is for Bush.
In the second post I commented on Nancy Pelosi calling the GOP congressmen opposed to the bailout bill as "unpatriotic." If you cannot discern the difference between throwing away flags, and not disposing of them in the manner prescribed by law, and the brazen attempt by Pelosi to silence the Republican members of the house, the elected representatives of the people, then what's the point of even talking to you? Here's a fact (you know, one of those things you never bother with): this is not the first time she's shut down debate in the House and prevented the elected Republican representatives of the people to debate issues. That's right, bunky. Calling the Representatives "unpatriotic," the ones who are trying to save your tax dollars from a bailout caused by your party's three-decade old policies, is beyond the pale. I'm never shy in calling you and your ilk that because it's true: in most instances, you'd rather side with policies that will destroy our market economy rather than take personal responsibility; you'd rather coddle and ignore the enemies of America, than support measures designed to stop people that are hell-bent on killing you. My point, which you missed, was that your side is always complaining that we call call you "unpatriotic." For her to do the same now is hypocritical in the extreme. But then, you know all about that subject.
Lastly, I linked to a piece about the Democrat conventioneers throwing away American flags. I used your own words against you:
"Are we wrong to "[judge] an entire political party by the actions of a few" when the political party itself approves and condones of this behavior?
My answer was a resounding "YES!" I most certainly do judge your party by these actions. And you are beneath contempt for throwing away flags like that.
I'm tired of trying to explain the obvious to you and the other leftists. You've drunk the Kool-aid and there's nothing we can do to convince you otherwise. I'm open to discussion with reasonable people, but you're in another galaxy away from reasonable. I'm open to discussion with folks who truly care about this country and want to listen to reason. You don't and you won't. I am willing to listen to other points of view, as long as the facts -- those pesky things that get in the way of leftist ideology -- are accepted ahead of time as the departure for discussion. You can't do this because, quite simply, your house of cards will come crashing down. I loathe the leftist policies you espouse that masquerade as "compassionate," and the damage these policies have done to this country. I loathe people like you who attempt to influence folks with unadulterated bullshit and outright lies. As I wrote a liberal acquaintance this weekend,
What is truly amazing is that you Democrats have been at the forefront of fucking this country in the ass relentlessly for fifty years with your socialist policies, enshrined in law, that are the direct cause of the shit-storm we see today. And all you dolts can do is blame Bush! Your stupidity and ignorance knows no limits. I have news for you, sport: Dubya is not a conservative! He's almost as liberal in some of his policies as you are! Yes, really he is. Don't go running for the razor blades, yet. I abhor his liberal policies and have written about them publicly.
You're not the only Kool-Aid drinker, Rick, but you are the most obnoxious, a singular achievement. Please, don't come back, don't write, don't call. Just leave us be. You detest us us and we detest you. Everybody already knows that. Let's just leave it at that.

You are exactly right George: "I am willing to listen to other points of view, as long as the facts -- those pesky things that get in the way of leftist ideology -- are accepted ahead of time as the departure for
discussion. You can't do this because, quite simply, your house of cards will come crashing down."
Very well said and why any conversation with Rick and the other Kool-Aid drinkers is an impossible waste of time. What kind of morally challenged fool thinks it's acceptable to go to someone’s blog and insult them by lying and then getting in a huff when we call them on it?

George: Very simply, you are a liar and a hypocrite.
Here are your facts.
First, you DID delete my comments.
Second, babalu is one of the most vulgar and foul-mouthed blogs in the SoFla blogosphere. For you to whine about vulgar language is so absurd it borders on the unbelievable.
Thanks for the essay, George. I'm flattered.
Talk about houses of cards crashing down. Look around you, blockheads. This is what conservative ideology gets you. This is what you and your ilk have made of this great country in 8 short years. You've driven this economy into the ground. You hate and curse a full half of this country's population.
Yeah, let's talk about patriotism.

Rick, this is where you get in trouble. I wasn't lying when I wrote that I didn't delete your comments. I only moved them to Junk status. They're right back on this post. I wanted everyone to see what your reaction would be.
As for your other comments, how's this: When your side ceases to slander, libel, malign, and insult, in the most objectionable way possible, people on our side, then maybe you can come back and argue how foul-mouthed we are. I'd rather be foul-mouthed than have a foul and evil mind like you and the rest of the Democrats, who have been running this country into the ground for almost a half-century. Until then, Ricky boy, FUCK YOU and the horse you rode in on.

BTW, Rick, it wasn't conservative ideology that got us where we are today: It's fucking socialists like you and your political party who have single-handedly destroyed this great country with your feminized, no-personal-responsibility, entitlement policies. Got it? Good.
