Keep the change!

From my friend Mario Nuñez, comes this note:

The "keep the change" illustration, on a variety of products, and in English and Spanish, is our attempt to try to level the playing field a bit for McCain. When you have all the press on board with Obama, and when you take into account the truly terrible things being said about him and Sarah Palin on the Internet, there aren't many places one can turn to to help McCain. So, reaching the people on a one-on-one basis with a little political humor is one of the only ways left to raise awareness and money for the campaign. I am trying to find a local printing company to help us with rear window stickers that people can drive around the city to carry the message, Keep the Change!"

Here is Mario's CafePress website: Krazy Elephant. He informs me that 50% of the profits will go to the campaign in whatever legal way is available. Kudos to Michel Rivero for his excellent line drawing. This illustration is not endorsed in any way by the McCain/Palin campaign.

Here's the illustration in English:

And in "Cuban" Spanish:

If you'd like to help them help the cause, click the image in the sidebar and it will take you to their site.

Keep the change, indeed!

Is that "change" he's throwing at NOBAMA, or something else??

I love these drawings - they scream, "I'm a classy person!" Are you guys going to sticky this onto your F150 next to the Hobbes one?

No, Gumercindo, we're going to roll 'em up and shove 'em up your ass. This is rich. I bet you were just as incensed when SNL implied Palin's husband had had incest with his daughter? Right? I think not. Effing Kool-Aid drinker.

Gumercindo,

Come November 5th, we can all have them tattooed on our asses, right next to the Gore 2000 Hanging Chad and the Kerry 2004 Chancleta.

So I am a racist, since when disagreeing with some candidate's political position is a form of racism? People like you who pull the race card for their own political benefit are the real racists. In fact I believe this country needs a black president, a latino president and woman president so that we get past those sticky points. But what this election has shown is that the left is only willing to settle for their kind of woman and I will bet you that if the candidate were a black republican, perhaps Condoleezza Rice, the media will not be so in love with her.
Go McCain, defeat socialism, defeat more uncontrolled welfare, defeat absurd redistribution of wealth, defeat the Robin Hood mentality, defeat higher taxes, defeat socialized medicine that would turn our medical system to crap, defeat those who want to sit down with dictators without preconditions, defeat those who want to take our guns away, defeat those who are trying to brainwash our kids with their political propaganda in kids TV shows. Defeat 0bama, and yes that's a zero (0) not an O.

My apologies Val, I did not realize that you intended the comment as a sarcasm. I am new to the blog. I guess that that's the kind of comment you would expect for real from a guy like Gumersindrome
